This is a Cthulhu-themed Creeper card that can be added to any Fluxx deck.It reads, "You cannot win unless conditions say otherwise. The player who drew this card chooses a word. This card is instantly moved to anyone who speaks that word thereafter."This card was published in 2012 to promote the release of Cthulhu Fluxx. It is a card that peels off off a postcard. The stripe-side of the card is shiny, due to the peel-off method, but this will not affect gameplay.
