The Marvel HeroClix: Avengers vs. X-Men - X-Men Starter is a retail SKU
that gives players a hint of the exciting action to come in the Marvel
HeroClix: Avengers vs. X-Men storyline event, which begins December
2013.
- The Marvel HeroClix: Avengers vs. X-Men - X-Men Starter is
one of two Starter sets intended for use with the Avengers vs. X-Men
Storyline Organized Play event. Players must choose to play as either
the Avengers or the XMen, and must use at least one figure from that
starter to play with in each month's Avengers vs. X-Men storyline event!

The Marvel HeroClix: Avengers vs. X-Men - X-Men Starter comes with six
X-Men HeroClix SwitchClix figures (not found anywhere else!) and
character cards, custom X-Men dice, custom AvX action tokens, object and
terrain tokens, HeroClix core rulebook, HeroClix Powers and Abilities
card and two maps.
- All of the figures found in the X-Men Starter
utilize SwitchClix technology and are intended for use with a special
X-Men Team Base which is a participation prize in the Avengers vs. X-Men
Storyline Organized Play final event!
- PLEASE NOTE: Players must
purchase either the AvX: X-Men Starter or the AvX: Avengers Starter
(71066) in order to participate in the Marvel HeroClix: Avengers vs.
X-Men Storyline Organized Play event series.
